Self Care (Part 4): Exercise
Now when we say exercise, we are not necessarily talking about those extra rigorous, high intensity, high impact movements. We are talking about just moving your body! Moving your body for at least 30 mins a day is all you need. I like to think of exercise as the twin sister to eating well. Exercise can also help boost your mental health! Boost your mood, and help you feel better naturally. Iām not about to put any fancy big words, just know that if you take a brisk walk once a day for at least 30 mins, you will help your mental health, while also helping your physical health. You can incorporate walking into just about everything you do, such as parking at the other end of the parking lot when you get somewhere, walking around the grocery store at least once before going through and getting your groceries, etc. You can walk around your house, yard, complex, etc, just move daily.
