Self Care (Part 1)
In keeping with this “new year, new me” matter, we will be talking about self care over the next few weeks. It is imperative that we keep in mind as we try and fit all the changes and resolutions, or just simply decompressing from the holidays, or life in general, that we take care of ourselves and not feel guilty about it. Today’s world has made it very easy to be all over the place, and yet no where at the same time. We are no longer keeping up with the neighbors next door, it’s the ones on the other side of the globe. That’s a tall task to accomplish don’t you think? Now this is not a completely exhaustive list, feel free to tweak as you see fit to fit your lifestyle, just think of this as a guide. So without further ado, here is your list, it will be expanded on over the next few weeks.
1. Make a list (Check it twice)
2. Eat well
3. Exercise
4. Drink water
5. Rest
6. Pray/Meditate
7. Say “No”
