Who Completes You?

Enjoy the concept of living and loving life alone! Sorry fellas, this one is more for my ladies, but you can glean from it too. Culture, society, and tradition tells us, especially women, that you are not complete without a man. Heck, there are some countries that are only now or in recent years allowing women to do things only men were allowed to do. I remember growing up and not being allowed to go places or do things without at least one of my brothers present. Stop thinking you need a man to enjoy life or be complete. A man doesn’t complete you, that’s your Creator’s job. A man only comes to compliment you, but if you don’t know who you are, you will find yourself accepting any old thing because society/culture/tradition says so. Don’t get me wrong, it’s wonderful to have someone to share life with, but if you cannot enjoy life by yourself, you will not enjoy it with someone else. If you don’t know who you are and what you enjoy, then how do you know who you want in your life? Do you just want someone for the sake of wanting someone?
